What do tasting notes actually mean?
Chocolate, fruit or caramel describe flavours naturally found in the coffee. They help you imagine the cup; they aren’t added ingredients.
Does “strong” mean more caffeine?
Here, strength means how bold and full the coffee tastes. Caffeine preference is a separate question. Your recipe also changes intensity: more coffee relative to water usually makes a stronger drink.
What if I don’t like sharp coffee?
Choose smooth and mellow when we ask about brightness. We’ll favour coffees described as lower in acidity, chocolate-led or rounded.
Can I use one coffee in different brewers?
Yes. A match is a starting point, not a rule. The right grind and recipe help you get the most from your coffee. Choose your size and grind on the product page.
