Every coffee we have is specialty grade coffee and carefully selected. Lots goes into defining what specialty coffee is but in short it refers to coffees that have been grown in special and ideal climates, by farmers who pay close attention to detail during the whole growing/farming process.
We have created a range of unique Northside espresso blends which are available all year round and also offer a number of high grade single origin coffees from some of the best farms around the world!
All carefully hand roasted in Northumberland, using a well learned use of sight and smell to monitor roast developments.

Coffee training is a really important part in the process of making great tasting coffee. We have courses available for people who love coffee and want to understand how to make coffee better with their home equipment, and barista training sessions for those in the commercial environment.

We can supply a wide range of commercial coffee machines and grinders, from budget 1 and 2 group machines to high end show piece equipment, with honest advice on what is best for your business.
All trade customers get unrivaled support; ongoing barista training from beginers who've never been on a machine before and those who may have had training previously and are looking to improve their techniques, knowledge and understanting of coffee.

Unique High Grade Seasonal Micro Lots
We import coffee directly from some amazing farms and co-operatives around the world, building meanigful and lasting relationships with our farmers.
Our Northside blends remain the same all year round but we also buy some high grade seasonal micro lots, often from a single farm. The micro lots we buy will have just been harvested meaning it is as fresh as possible and the flavours are even more exciting and interesting.
