Description
The Altitude blend was a newer introduction to the line up, created for those of you looking for a coffee that packed a bit more of a punch. We've kept the famliar taste we love from Brazilian and Colombian coffees in the Origin blend, but changed up the composition a little and added in a small amount of coffee grown in India. This blend is also roasted slightly different to the others to bring out more of the coffee kick and lower the acidity naturally present in the coffees. 
 
Brazilian coffees are generally well known for their low acidity and smooth chocolate taste with milk. Our Colombia coffee is grown at a higher altitude which allows the cherries to mature at a different rate to those of Brazil. Adding sweeter acidity, fruit notes and a thick body for strength. The Indian element brings the added little kick to the end.
