Service Description

This barista training session is for anybody of any level, from those who have no previous experience of coffee or barista skills to those great at latte art and want to improve or learn more about coffee. We will try our best to accommodate the date you have selected but may have to contact you to arrange a time when we are free. What's Covered: Barista Skills (60 mins) - Basics of espresso quality - Understanding espresso extraction and the variables that impact the taste - Introduction to commercial machines and grinders and how to calibrate / quality check - Milk steaming techniques - Introduction to latte art and pouring technique. - Maintenance – How to correctly maintain and look after your machine
