Who we are

Information we use
When you buy coffee, subscribe, book training or purchase a gift card, we use the contact, delivery, order and payment-status information needed to provide that service. Gift purchases may include a recipient’s details and your message. Payment providers handle payment credentials.
Enquiries submitted through this website go to Wix Forms. They contain the name, reply email and message you provide. The email may also create or update a customer contact in Wix. Please do not include payment card details or sensitive information in your message.
Why we use it
- To process purchases, subscriptions and bookings, and answer requests before a purchase: performance of a contract or steps you ask us to take before one.
- To provide support, prevent misuse and run the business: our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights.
- To keep records required by tax and other applicable law: legal obligations.
- For optional website analytics and external video features: your choice through the privacy controls.
Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up for marketing. Existing marketing subscriptions and their unsubscribe choices remain separate from order and service messages.
Providers and external services
Wix hosts the website, store, forms, accounts, bookings and gift-card services. Delivery and fulfilment can involve Royal Mail and Click & Drop. Payment and accounting providers receive information needed for their roles.
WhatsApp links open an external service. WhatsApp and Google/YouTube apply their own privacy terms when you choose to use them. We do not load the embedded YouTube player until you allow it.
Before launch: confirm the payment, accounting and communication providers in use, their processing locations and the safeguards for any international transfers.
Storage and your choices
The browser stores a Wix session so the same basket can be retrieved across pages and visits. When you sign in, Wix handles authentication on its secure sign-in page and the browser retains tokens that keep you signed in. Temporary security data links the sign-in request to its return to this site. The website does not save your password. Basket contents and account records are held by Wix. A privacy preference records your optional-feature choices for up to 180 days. Older draft basket selections may remain in session storage until the tab is closed.
Optional analytics is disabled on this draft. The prepared integration can run only on the live Northside domain, after activation and your consent. It does not include form text, email addresses or discount codes in its events. See our cookies and storage information or .
How long we keep information
We keep information for the purpose for which it was collected, including fulfilling orders, handling support and disputes, and meeting legal record-keeping duties. We should delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.
Before launch: approve specific retention periods for enquiries, customers, orders, subscriptions, backups and any analytics. These periods have not yet been confirmed.
Your rights and complaints
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive a portable copy of your information, and object to processing. You can object to direct marketing and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not undo processing already carried out lawfully.
