From chocolatey comfort to something a little more funky, every coffee we choose has a reason to be here. Our job is to find coffees we believe in and roast them to bring out their best.

Coffee begins as a fruit. Inside each cherry are the seeds we know as coffee beans, grown across the tropical coffee belt in countries throughout Latin America, Africa and Asia.
Variety, altitude, climate and soil all help shape its character. The care taken with harvesting, processing and drying matters just as much. Washed, natural and honey processing can each reveal different sides of a coffee.
Speciality coffee is about recognising that quality and character and respecting the work that makes it possible, from the producer onwards.

Years of sourcing, selecting and roasting coffee help us recognise what makes a cup worth coming back to. We look for sweetness, balance and character, choosing coffees for how they taste and how you’ll enjoy brewing them.
Roasting develops those flavours. We shape our approach around each coffee, bringing out its strengths rather than treating every bean the same. The aim is always a delicious, satisfying cup, whether that’s your everyday espresso or a single origin you’re excited to explore.

trusted importers.
Getting great coffee from origin to our roastery takes specialist knowledge. Reliable importers connect us with producers and handle the logistics, quality checks and storage that help protect green coffee on its journey.
We use stock held by our importers so we can plan ahead and bring coffee into the roastery as we need it. Specialist warehousing helps protect its condition, while planned stock gives us a more dependable supply of the coffees you love.
That support lets us concentrate on what we do best: choosing the coffee, roasting it carefully and helping you get the best from every bag.

For us, responsible sourcing means looking beyond flavour alone. We value reliable partners, clear information about where coffee comes from and an approach that supports a lasting supply of quality coffee.
Coffee is a seasonal crop, so availability changes. We plan ahead, choose thoughtfully and share origin and processing details with our coffees where available. When a harvest moves on, we look for the next coffee that earns its place.
Sustainability is an ongoing responsibility, not a blanket label. We’ll talk about specific projects or certifications where they apply to a particular coffee, rather than make promises that every bag cannot support.
